This is the privacy notice for ironmark.ltd, operated by Ironmark SL, Barcelona, Spain. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we sell nothing.
What we collect
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that records aggregate visits without cookies and without collecting personal data or tracking you across the web. We cannot identify you from it, which is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Booking a call
If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you choose to give it (name, email, and anything you write in the booking) under its own privacy policy. We use those details to hold the conversation you asked for, and for nothing else.
If you email info@ironmark.ltd, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation and then it sits in an archive like everyone else's email. We do not add you to any list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD). Given how little we collect, the fastest route for any of this is simply to email info@ironmark.ltd.
